Nick Bushong is the Managing Director at Fulcrum Pacific, based in their Portland office. Specializing in investment sales of retail investment properties across the Pacific Northwest working with both institutional and private clients. With an extensive career spanning over a decade, he has earned the reputation for prioritizing clients and demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, enabling him to consistently deliver exceptional results.

Prior to founding Fulcrum Pacific, Nick excelled as a top-producing broker at the nation's largest investment sales company. His achievements included handling transaction volumes totaling hundreds of millions of dollars, and he was consistently the top producing retail broker in the Portland market.

Outside of real estate, Nick is a husband and father to three boys. He is highly active in the outdoors and also enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams.
